B2B is someone not affiliated with Tapatalk who developed a skin generator for Tapatalk and offers it to anyone who wants to use it. He supports it also on his release site, which happens to be hosted on ProBoards:

    Retro CSS

Tapatalk groups doesn't even provide a CSS model that that people can modify, let alone any kind of premade skin gallery, so B2B's tool has been a life-saver for those that are not savvy enough to do their own CSS modifications.

I have a hard time believing someone that'd develop a tool that useful would spam people's inboxes with the link. That seems... weird.

I had someone PM me thanking me for my help on their thread and that I actually helped them instead of pitching a program/forum ad via PM.

That would almost certainly refer to B2B, so at least one person can back Chris' statement.

    Hello Smile

They allowed advertising of the mentioned program as long as it was in their (financial) interest. To explain to you very briefly - from the last 80 registered program users, 90% were those who had previously paid for their forums and who continued to be their premium users.

Crisw is not a person who deserves any special attention and trust, nor her statements because she is biased as their employee. Fortunately, nothing could stop the further development of this program.

    Hello,

I think the major issue is how TapATalk deals with issues like this, most everyone here was a moderator or support staff for ZB. We had a "No linking to competing services" rule too, but we made it clear, we didn't hide it. Between the lack of communication TaT had with the IF/ZB stuff, and even to their own users about upcoming updates that will break stuff, we are not happy. Chris was the only one "willing" to talk to us (even though it was still in the wrong way), so that may be some of the "pro" chris bias.

Side note: Did you know some one registered the link TaT changed your URL (the one with spammer in the name) to and pointed it to your forum? Tongue

The users who came from Yuku and freeforums.org, the first "migration" group, were deceived in a similar or almost the same way as the IF / ZB users. Everything was promised to keep active users and their contents.  But IF / ZB users were wiser, especially those who wiped out the entire content and went elsewhere.

I still remember all those sweet words of deceit, naive forum owners, their later disappointments and their banning. The program was created in response to such a situation. First, it was an ordinary first-aid kit and toy, now a serious tool.

Thanks to the person who founded mentioned forum, I appreciate that. Smile
