That's not necessarily true.  It was just felt that since Outline was offline during various times over the year and hasn't committed to resources as much as the other forums have...it didn't really deserve a nomination. Remember, we look at the YEAR each forum has had, not necessarily what is happening currently.

And how do you do that when you don't know every single board and you aren't active at the board? You have S59 up there, died in 2 weeks.. Style District died in a month. Outline has more resources than both of them did. Terrible judgement in my eyes. |

If you notice the nomination categories... Best Custom Style of 2009: * Herbs * Style District (Dead) * Chamber Of The Sages * ZB Code * The Nintendo Forums Gone But Not Forgotten; Best Dead Forum of 2009: * Underground Rap Battles * Studio59 * Mad Ads * Cerium * Friction Outline isn't dead so it doesn't qualify for that second category...and it was felt that the above forums had a bit more original themes. So, your point doesn't really validate itself. Outline is a RESOURCE forum, and Outline has been lacking resources over the year. |

We had over 100 themes until they were deleted what... a month and a half ago (which isn't a year, btw)? Look at the graphic database, PSD database, tutorial database, and documentation database... Outline's done better since the cracking than most of the forums up there have done in their whole forum lives .Oh well, no reason for me to come here any more ;) .
